School Reporting to the Community

As part of the DET requirements, schools develop a 4-year educational plan document (Strategic Plan) and a yearly plan (Annual Implementation Plan) that guides the positive progress of a school.

The Strategic Plan sets out the goals, targets and key implementation strategies in the following areas:

•Student Learning

•Student Engagement

•Student Pathways and Transitions.

The Strategic Plan is endorsed by the School Principal, the School Council President and the Regional Director.

The Annual Implementation Plan  uses the following Strategic Plan areas:

  • Student Learning
  • Student Engagement
  • Student Pathways and Transitions

It determines which programs and processes are to be implemented, how these will be achieved, the personnel responsible, and the times and timelines for 2023. Achievement Milestones are also set for 2023.
